12+ years old. Coach approval needed to register. Athletes looking to compete from levels ranging from Local to National tournaments. 
 
For the athletes striving for nothing less than achieving and improving upon their personal best. Advanced conditioning, individual lessons and training prescriptions, advanced bouting and higher levels of competition are included.
